Professor Anan Srikiatkhachorn, M.D., is a distinguished neurologist and neuroscientist who has made significant contributions to the study of medication overuse headache. He received his medical degree from Mahidol University in Thailand, completed his neurology training at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand, and completed his research fellowship at the University of New South Wales, Syndey, Australia under the supervision of renowned experts in the field of neurology, Professor Dr. Michael Anthony and Professor Dr. Peter Goadsby. 
As the founding Dean of Thailand’s first international medical program at the Faculty of Medicine, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang (MDKMITL), Professor Dr. Srikatkhachorn combines groundbreaking research with transformative academic leadership. At this year’s IHC, he will present his findings on the impact of paracetamol on the central pain modulating system and its implications for medication overuse headache in the “Mechanism of Action of Migraine Drugs: Risks vs. Benefits” course.
