Freda Dodd-Glover is a Fellow of the West African college of Physicians (FWACP).

She works as a neurologist at the Korle-Bu Teaching hospital, Accra, Ghana, where she supervises residents in training alongside clinical work. She holds clinical demonstrations for the University of Ghana Medical School and runs a neurology clinic at the University of Ghana Medical Center.

She is a member of the International Headache Society and has served on the first Regional Outreach Programme of the IHS to Malawi as a resource person bridging the gap in headache management in sub-Saharan Africa. She has spoken at several webinars and training sessions of headache management in Ghana and was recently part of the IHS committee which recently published the global practice recommendations for acute pharmacological treatment of migraine as well as preventive pharmacologic treatments.

Her research interest is in migraine associated comorbidities among other neurological disorders. She advocates for persons living with migraine and recently led a hospital-based campaign within the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital aiming to achieve a migraine-friendly hospital environment.
