Dr. Mansoureh Togha is a professor of neurology and a headache specialist at Tehran University of Medical Sciences. She is an active member of various Societies, including the International Headache Society and the European Headache Federation. Dr. Togha established the Headache and Facial Pain Fellowship in Iran and is the founder and president of the Iranian Headache Association.

She is also the founder and director of the Headache Research Center, a subdivision of the Iranian Center of Neurological Research. She has authored or co-authored 240 research papers and seven books, including the " Migraine and Headache Textbook of Headache," published by Elsevier. Dr. Togha has also contributed to several conference papers.

With over 20 years of experience in clinical management and education of headaches in Iran, Dr. Togha has significantly advanced headache science in the country.
