MONA NADA

Professor Mona Nada, M.D. is a professor of Neurology, Cairo university, Egypt. She is the Co-chair of Cluster Headache Special Interest group of International Headache society (IHS) and is a member of the Child and adolescent standing committee and Women Inclusion Diversity Equality (WIDE) of IHS. She is also a member of the Headache chapter in the Egyptian society of Neurology, psychiatry and neurosurgery. She is the Coordinator of the Headache unit in KasrAliny hospitals (KAHDU), Cairo University and member of the MS unit in KasrAliny hospitals (KAMSU), Cairo University. Professor Mona has actively participated in research, particularly in exploring the epidemiology, triggers, and treatment gaps of headaches in the Middle East. She has more than 40 published articles in both national and international journals. Mona is a guest editor in The journal of headache and pain and a board member in BMC neurology. She is also an active member in the European Academy of Neurology mentorship program.
