Prof. Dr. Aynur Özge is a Professor of Neurology at Mersin University and a lecturer at the NOROM Neuroscience and Excellence Center in Ankara, Türkiye, with subspecialties in Algology and Clinical Neurophysiology. She has been a dedicated member of the International Headache Society (IHS) since 2004, contributing to its Child and Adolescent and Classification Committees. She has served as an IHS Board member since 2019 and is currently the Scientific Committee Co-chair of IHC2025. Prof. Özge is the founder and current president of the Global Migraine and Pain Society and the MENAA Headache Society. She actively promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and advocacy in headache care. Her academic work includes co-editing international books on headaches, as well as publishing extensively on headache epidemiology and treatment models.
